Terms and Conditions

  1. For clarification purposes words such as "you" and "your" used are referred to the client or person buying the product.
  1. For clarification purposes words such as "we", "our", and "us" are terms used to refer to the seller as in BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS.
  1. BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS prohibits anyone from reproducing any of our designs that were not authorized by a representative from BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS. The team at BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS spends numerous hours designing new and creative invitations. Please respect their hard work. Any unauthorized copying, printing or usage on other sites is prohibited. Not complying with the rules laid out will force Butterfly Invitations to take legal action.
  1. Removing any copyright or trademark material from our website or any printed material is not permitted.
  1. Any type of modification to our website (i.e hacking) or any information that is contained in this website will constitute as a criminal act and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
  1. Sending any malicious files to be used by BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS is prohibited. Materials sent to us containing viruses, Trojans, or any items that are destructive to our website and our systems will be reported to appropriate authorities.
  1. Custom invitations designs created for you or by you will remain a copyright of BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS.Ā  We also reserve the right to use the designs for future clients and for promotional/marketing material.
  1. When appropriate, we will incorporate our company logo on any stationary including custom made cards. Our discreet logo will be placed for copyright and branding reasons.
  1. We try to present our product (cards) in their actual colors. However, there may be a slight difference in colour between our website and e-mail proofs. Displays on different mobile devices and computers may change the colours of our cards. It is recommended that you order a sample from our collection to see the actual colours of the products.
  1. Please note, there might be a minimal difference, when your invitation comes out of print. By using different machines at different times may cause small variations in colours. Any changes in colour occurring as a result of printing will not be grounds for refund, reprint or return. Please contact us through e-mail, if you have any concerns.
  1. If the buyer does not supply BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS with information required to complete and print the order, you cannot hold us liable for not completing your order in a timely manner.
  1. It is the responsibly of the buyer to check and ensure that the order is correct before your invitations (items) go to print. When we receive your payment and your items go to print no refunds can be given, unless an error was on our (BUTTERFLY INVITATIONS) part. In such case, please contact us and weĀ
